What did you like best when using this solution?
I work for a company that OEM's this product. I am a tech manager for it and find it very easy to search messages and adjust filters and rules. I also like the delegating part to special account types such as Helpdesk supervisors.
Filtering is perfect. Good control features as well (e.g lock on bad auth, or on exceeding quotas)
What did you dislike about using this solution?
The reporting is ugly, and contains just the essential KPIs. They have a connector to our BI solution, which I needed to integrate to please our board.
Describe your over overall experience with AnubisNetworks Mail Protection Service. Did you find this product solved your business needs?
I am a technical manager. We used to have this massively expensive solution which did just about the same except it made us pay more for features with fancy names that we found to be normal and present in Anubis' standard. No-hassle management gives me time for doing other security stuff. And their support very recently helped me track down messages lost due to an Office365 error - They hammered a quick fix just for us -
