ZScaler Private Access Overview
ZScaler Private Access (ZPA) is a zero-trust cloud-based solution that provides a seamless, secure connection between remote devices and private applications running on the public cloud or within a data center. It ensures that applications are never exposed to the internet, so that they’re completely inaccessible to unauthorized users. ZPA supports both managed and unmanaged devices, and secures the connection to any private application, not just web apps. Built on a zero-trust network access (ZTNA) foundation, apps are connected to outbound to authorized users, rather than the network being extended as with some traditional VPNs. This means that IP addresses are always hidden and DDoS is impossible.
